Vampire Alexis Black is stuck between two worlds…and not wanted by either.
Alexis Black believed a dagger to her sisters’ heart would end her reign of terror, but Lysette left one last parting gift before she died. A death-bomb that splintered the city of Chicago in two. Humans on one side. Vampires on the other. Leaving Alexis stuck in the crossfire of a race war no one asked for.
But when Delano Melazi, the self-pro-claimed leader of the vampire race declares her public-vampire-number one, she must face him fang-to-fang to protect the innocents she has sworn to save. With her team of trusty misfits by her side, Alexis has one last chance to defeat Delano or die trying.
Evil’s Deadly Divide is the fourth book in the award-winning Alexis Black Novels, an urban fantasy series that has everything great about the genre…attitude, action, and ass-kicking.

I throughly enjoyed book. Each character stood out on their own, with their own strengths and weaknesses but they all complimented each other beautifully. The chemistry between them all made the story even more compelling. I definitely will miss reading about Alexis and her crew. Especially Vlad and his snarky sense of humor which slowly developed over each installment. I have loved everything about this series, from the strengths, to the depth of characters, to the great detail and vibrant world building, to the ever present realness of a strong female, but with vulnerabilities. She is not afraid to admit when wrong. Don’t miss out on this read. You won’t be disappointed. Ms Windrow great job as always!!
I have to say I really really loved this series. The Audible is even better unfortunately this book isn't in Audible. But it was still very enjoyable well written with lots of action. There were several extremely funny parts in this book too. Would love to see more in this series Jenn hit it out of the park with this series. Oh trust me it's definitely not a stand alone book you really need to read/listen to the whole series.
